Abbie, Colby, and Bailey

We’ve known the Phelps family for a long time now, so when they placed the highest bid for the portrait session I donated for a fundraiser for my parents’ home church in Knoxville, I was excited to finally get to photograph their girls. I can remember when Bailey, the youngest, was just a tiny little baby. It’s crazy how much they’ve grown! And I loved seeing them interact with each other. You can really tell that they love each other, and they’re always looking out for each other. Hopefully that will last even into their teenage years. ;)

We started out with some nice, pretty shots for Mom and Dad….

(well, mostly nice and pretty…)

… And then they changed into play clothes and we just had fun hanging out!

I love this shot of Colby. What a beautiful and simple expression.

See what I mean about that sisterly love? Warms my heart!

And finally, one of my faves. Bailey was totally hamming it up for the camera, which was hilarious. :)

Thanks to all of you for such a fun, laidback, easy peasy session! It was an honor to get you in front of my camera. :)
