Taylor + Bo // Seven Years

You might recognize these two gorgeous faces from a session I did with them a year and a half ago way out in the country. Taylor and Bo are two of my photographer friends here in Birmingham and are just as sweet as can be. Last time we got together for photos, they were celebrating 11 years of being together… this time, they wanted to commemorate their 7th wedding anniversary. I LOVE that they place so much importance on having their love captured as time goes on, and I know their children are one day going to adore having these photos and watching their parents grow up and fall deeper in love with each other.

These two are just so easy in front of the camera. Believe it or not, that’s something that automatically comes with being a photographer yourself. In fact, we photographers are sometimes way more awkward and uncomfortable being photographed than our clients are. But Taylor and Bo? They just have this way about them that shines in photographs. The way they look at each other, make each other laugh, hug each other tight… it’s just so perfect. I think if anyone is capable of debunking the idea of the “seven year itch,” it’s them.
